How long does one need to take Coaching for?
On average, it takes 21 days to transform a new behavior into a habit, & 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. So in order to change your lifestyle, 3 months of coaching is recommended at the minimum. Often people are working on changing multiple habits and need 6 to 12 months of coaching to see sustainable long term changes.
