What is EWell Coaching? 

EWell Coaching is a thought-provoking process that inspires the client to maximize their personal & professional potential.

What can Coaching do for you? 

Coaching can help one tap into one’s own innate wisdom, make healthy mental and physical shifts aligned with one’s individual goal's, help one lead a more fulfilling life, while also impacting one’s family and or team productivity & performance.

How long does one need to take Coaching for?

On average, it takes 21 days to transform a new behavior into a habit, & 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change.  So in order to change your lifestyle, 3 months of coaching is recommended at the minimum. Often people are working on changing multiple habits and need 6 to 12 months of coaching to see sustainable long term changes.
